Obtain all necessary permits. Homeowner to reimburse Armstrong for cost of permit.
Area is inspected to determine that all furniture and special items are out of the way.
Re-measure all openings to provide a custom fit.
Prepare opening for new windows.
Options include vinyl, wood and fiberglass.
Replace as needed, plumb, square and shim new windows.
Pack with caulking and material as needed.
